A video is a great tool for visual feedback and with Sue's keen eye she identified all the weaknesses in my stoke.  She explained the problems and remedies to me in a simple and easy to understand manner.  Sue suggested a set of drills that would address my various problem areas.  After the feedback, I really felt confident that I have embarked on the right path to swimming faster."
