Most adult swimmers work hard at their swimming fitness, but often get stuck anyway. They plateau in fitness, the shoulders start to niggle and they just can't seem to get past the breathlessness. Open water event goals, the Ironman, Midmar or Robben Island Crossing like a they signed up for, brings doubt. They don't know how to help themselves.   Swimfast exists to support you.
